Empowering the student

The HEIMS registration module is a self service module accessed through the student portal via the internet. A student can access the system from any computer or even mobile device that is connected to the internet. Once a student has paid registration fees the module provides a step by step guided service for the student to complete the registration process. This eliminates the need for students to avail themselves to the university for purposes of registration.

Once paid up, students can enjoy the following registration services from the portal by using HEIMS:

• Receive registration completion receipt or confirmation

• Add or drop subjects facility for a period defined by the university

• View unofficial transcripts

• View personal student finance account statements

• Receive student learning timetable
